Welcome to Colvyra. "We", "us" and "our" mean Colvyra. By visiting or buying from colvyra.com you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. Information you provide must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products

We try to show our products accurately, but colors and appearance may differ on your screen. Descriptions may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Our products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Please read the ingredient list, do a patch test, and consult a doctor if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order you paid for, you will be refunded in full. Orders are for personal use, not resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of your order. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Unless shown otherwise, prices do not include taxes or import duties. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier has the package.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All content on the store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Colvyra or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy it with automated tools, to upload malicious code, or to impersonate others.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos or other feedback, you give us a free, worldwide license to use and display it. You are responsible for its accuracy and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone's rights.

The store may link to third-party sites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability, and cancel orders affected by them.

12. Relationship with Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Colvyra. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colvyra and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Colvyra against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts in San Francisco County, California have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

We may update these Terms by posting the new version here. Continued use means you accept the changes.
