We want you to love your Colvyra skincare. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@colvyra.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back in this case.

How to start a return

Email info@colvyra.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before we confirm, as returns sent without approval cannot be accepted. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer covers return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Allergic reactions

If you experience a reaction, stop using the product and contact us. We will review your case and may offer a refund. We always recommend a patch test before first use.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products (except damaged, defective or incorrect items), gift cards and final-sale items.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and sealed.
